Remember Me Senior Care is an assisted living and memory care community in Cleveland, Tennessee, built around a deeply personal mission: creating a culture of care where kindness and love form the foundation of every interaction. The community operates across five cozy farmhouse-style residences, offering an intentionally home-like alternative to traditional senior care facilities. The brand and vision were already in place when they came to us. What they needed was a marketing partner to bring that story to life and put it in front of the right families.

We built and executed a full marketing campaign that spanned multiple channels, all oriented around the same goal: helping families in the Cleveland area discover RMSC and feel confident it was the right place for their loved one. That meant creating content that could carry the warmth and authenticity of the community into digital spaces where most families begin their search, well before they ever pick up the phone or schedule a tour.

The campaign included social media content and advertising, custom graphics, photography, and a website designed to reflect the quality and heart of the community. Rather than leading with features and floor plans, every piece of content was crafted to communicate what makes Remember Me genuinely different: the people, the culture, and the philosophy of care that runs through everything they do.

The result was a cohesive, multi-channel presence that gave a community with a remarkable story the marketing to match.
