

Avenue Development was looking to establish a polished, consistent presence across all their marketing channels. A presence that reflected the quality and ambition of their projects. The challenge was translating the character of their developments into a visual language that would feel at home on a feed or website: bold enough to stop a scroll, refined enough to build trust with buyers and investors.
We began by expanding the brand system for Avenue that would carry across all content. This gave the campaign a coherent look and feel, ensuring every piece of content worked together to build brand equity over time.
From there, we built out a full website, suite of social media content, multiple video trips, content writing strategy, and more. The result was a campaign that elevated Avenue Development that could compete for attention in a crowded real estate market and meaningfully connect with its audience online.
