Viva Bene is an active adult rental community with a genuinely distinctive philosophy: flipping the script on aging by integrating proactive health, wellness, and vibrant community life under one roof. The name itself, an Italian phrase meaning "live well," sets the tone. This wasn't a community that wanted to blend in with conventional senior living marketing. They needed a brand and a marketing presence as bold and purposeful as the vision behind the company.
We were brought on to build that from the ground up. We handled the full scope: branding, website design and development, marketing materials, ebooks, social media, and a custom photo and video shoot. Starting with branding meant we had the opportunity to shape how Viva Bene would look, sound, and feel across every touchpoint before a single campaign was ever launched. The visual identity and brand voice we developed carried the warmth of the Italian phrase at the core of the name while positioning the community as something genuinely modern and forward-thinking in the active adult space.
The website brought that brand to life with custom design and development built to communicate a multi-layered story: who Viva Bene is, what makes WellVB (their integrated wellness program) different, and why their community model is worth getting excited about. Supporting content like ebooks and marketing materials gave the sales teams tools to educate prospective residents and build trust through the decision-making process. Original photo and video content ensured everything was grounded in the real, lived experience of the community.
The result is a complete marketing ecosystem built on a strong creative foundation, one that can grow alongside Viva Bene as they expand to new communities and continue making the case that active adult living can look a whole lot more like living the good life.
